Shipping Policy for THE MAGA SHOP

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from THE MAGA SHOP, owned and operated by KNS SALES LLC.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment is successfully received.

During peak seasons, promotions, or unexpected high order volume, processing time may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method).

2. Fulfillment & Shipping Partner

Our orders are fulfilled and shipped through our logistics partner ShipOffers.

Orders may ship from U.S. warehouses used by ShipOffers.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

United States

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5-10 business days after shipment.
• Expedited options (if offered at checkout) may have shorter delivery windows.

International Shipping (If Available)

• Some products may be available for international shipping.
• Estimated delivery: 14-21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and local postal services.
• Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, local delays, holidays, and factors beyond our control.

Note: At this time, not all products or destinations may be eligible for international shipping. Availability will be shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country and address
• Shipping method selected
• Order weight and/or package dimensions

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include a tracking number and tracking link (where available).

Tracking information can take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier picks up the package.

If you have not received tracking after a reasonable time, please contact us with your order number.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs office.
• These charges are not included in product/shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility.
• THE MAGA SHOP and KNS SALES LLC are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by customs clearance or local authorities.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and the package cannot be delivered or is returned to our fulfillment center, we may contact you for a corrected address and re-ship the order, which may incur additional shipping charges.

THE MAGA SHOP is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

THE MAGA SHOP is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carrier, weather, customs, or other external factors.
• Packages marked as delivered but not received (possible theft/misdelivery).

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

• Check tracking status and confirm delivery address.
• Contact the carrier directly for investigation.
• Contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist where possible.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or unclaimed and returned to our fulfillment center, we may, at our discretion:

• Issue a refund for product price only (shipping fees non-refundable), or
• Offer re-shipment with additional shipping fees paid by the customer.

Refunds or re-shipments in these cases are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually.

10. Changes, Cancellations & Address Updates

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, so orders cannot always be changed or canceled once placed.

If you need an address update or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If not yet processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once shipped, changes/cancellations are no longer possible.

11. Returns & Exchanges

This Shipping Policy works together with our Refund/Return Policy (if applicable).
