At THE MAGA SHOP, your satisfaction means everything to us. That's why we proudly offer a 30-day refund policy on all eligible orders. Please review the details below:
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, simply return it in its original condition within 60 days. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund for the product cost only. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit or never delivered, you qualify for a refund of the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase (buyer’s remorse).
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at contact@the-maga.shop within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of expected delivery date if not delivered).
- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product (if applicable), and a short explanation.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions if needed.
Additional Notes
- Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for damaged items, unless otherwise agreed.
